What you will do

• Investigate and manage complex bodily injury claims, including litigation and uninsured/underinsured motorist losses.
• Verify coverage, determine liability, and evaluate damages through thorough investigation.
• Represent the company in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
• Partner with defense counsel to develop and execute effective claim strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced claims professionals.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and internal claims handling standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of bodily injury claims experience required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Must obtain and maintain all required state adjuster licenses.
• Proven experience handling complex bodily injury and litigation claims.
• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage, liability, and medical terminology.
• Experience with Uninsured Motorist (UM) and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) claims.
