Location: Must be based in the US (Dallas, TX) with ability to travel up to 50%
Salary: $105,000 – $114,500 USD base + eligible commissions

What you will do
- Manage and grow business in the Americas region to meet or exceed annual quotas.
- Lead and professionally develop team members through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Negotiate value-based enterprise agreements focusing on business-level ROI.
- Optimize the use of Salesforce.com and PowerBI to manage the sales process and provide accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align customer feedback with sales goals.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with VP and C-level technical decision-makers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with a willingness to travel up to 50% for customer and site visits.
- 5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS applications in SMB and Enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of team lead or management experience.
- Experience managing teams across multiple offices.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Slack.
- Proven ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-Suite executives.
