TL;DR

Inside Sales Manager (SaaS): Leading sales teams to drive revenue growth in the SMB and Enterprise sectors for construction software solutions with an accent on pipeline management and value-based negotiation. Focus on coaching team members, optimizing Salesforce workflows, and building strategic relationships with C-level decision-makers.

Location: Must be based in the US (Dallas, TX) with ability to travel up to 50%

Salary: $105,000 – $114,500 USD base + eligible commissions

What you will do

  • Manage and grow business in the Americas region to meet or exceed annual quotas.
  • Lead and professionally develop team members through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Negotiate value-based enterprise agreements focusing on business-level ROI.
  • Optimize the use of Salesforce.com and PowerBI to manage the sales process and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align customer feedback with sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with VP and C-level technical decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with a willingness to travel up to 50% for customer and site visits.
  • 5+ years of experience selling software or SaaS applications in SMB and Enterprise environments.
  • 3+ years of team lead or management experience.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple offices.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Slack.
  • Proven ability to present and negotiate effectively with C-Suite executives.
