What you will do
- Process sales requests and ensure accurate data documentation.
- Review sales quotes and proposals for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of standard contract documents.
- Track and update deal progress within CRM and CPQ systems.
- Coordinate communication between sales, finance, and legal teams.
- Maintain organized deal files and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 0-2 years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or similar SaaS roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and CPQ tools is preferred.
