Salary: $146,428 - $198,108 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term product roadmap aligned with broader enterprise business strategies.
• Lead product discovery efforts and translate advisor needs into actionable product hypotheses.
• Oversee the delivery of product improvements and manage go-to-market strategies for field releases.
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to prioritize and sequence roadmap items.
• Track key performance indicators to measure product health and drive continuous improvement.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product practitioners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience in product management or product owner roles.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, and user research.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive-level engagement.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale organizational change management.
• Certified Product Manager or similar professional certification.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in user interface design and usability best practices.
