Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Personally own a core area of the Horizon platform, managing discovery, requirements, and prioritization.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of Product Managers to foster an outcome-oriented culture.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating vision into actionable plans.
• Identify and integrate practical AI applications to enhance platform utility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and compliance to ensure market-ready, high-quality releases.
• Define and track success metrics including adoption, retention, and institutional satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products.
• 1+ years of experience mentoring or directly managing other Product Managers.
• Experience launching complex SaaS or platform products in partnership with go-to-market teams.
• Proven ability to ship AI-enabled or data-driven software with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education technology, fintech, or payments.
• Familiarity with PCI Level 1 compliance and ERP integrations (Workday, Banner, PeopleSoft).
• Experience leading platform modernization or migration projects.
