TL;DR
Group Product Manager (Fintech): Leading the development of the Horizon platform for higher education financial services with an accent on product strategy, team mentorship, and hands-on product ownership. Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Hybrid work option available for associates living within 30 miles of an office location (3 days in-office required).
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Personally own a core area of the Horizon platform, managing discovery, requirements, and prioritization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small team of Product Managers to foster an outcome-oriented culture.
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Identify and integrate practical AI applications to enhance platform utility.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and compliance to ensure market-ready, high-quality releases.
- Define and track success metrics including adoption, retention, and institutional satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
- 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping products.
- 1+ years of experience mentoring or directly managing other Product Managers.
- Experience launching complex SaaS or platform products in partnership with go-to-market teams.
- Proven ability to ship AI-enabled or data-driven software with measurable business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in higher education technology, fintech, or payments.
- Familiarity with PCI Level 1 compliance and ERP integrations (Workday, Banner, PeopleSoft).
- Experience leading platform modernization or migration projects.
