What you will do
- Define and own the claims technology product roadmap, balancing near-term feature delivery with long-term innovation.
- Lead discovery efforts via data analysis and user research to identify high-impact problems facing adjusters and customers.
- Manage end-to-end delivery with a dedicated engineering team, from story writing to launch.
- Oversee the rollout and adoption of new features, including stakeholder communications and change management.
- Define, track, and evangelize KPIs to measure product success and refine the roadmap based on performance data.
- Align development team efforts with 's broader mission to ensure meaningful customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software or technology product management experience, including roadmap ownership.
- 6–8 years of total professional experience.
- Experience worg in agile environments at a startup or high-growth company.
- Demonstrated ability to use BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
- Proven track record of translating user research insights into product requirements.
- Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed US states or Ontario, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in insurance, insurtech, or claims operations.
- Background in design thing, innovation methodology, or formal user research.
- Experience with data tools such as Looker, Databricks, and Fullstory.
