What you will do

• Define and own the claims technology product roadmap, balancing near-term feature delivery with long-term innovation.
• Lead discovery efforts via data analysis and user research to identify high-impact problems facing adjusters and customers.
• Manage end-to-end delivery with a dedicated engineering team, from story writing to launch.
• Oversee the rollout and adoption of new features, including stakeholder communications and change management.
• Define, track, and evangelize KPIs to measure product success and refine the roadmap based on performance data.
• Align development team efforts with hirify.global's broader mission to ensure meaningful customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software or technology product management experience, including roadmap ownership.
• 6–8 years of total professional experience.
• Experience worhirify.globalg in agile environments at a startup or high-growth company.
• Demonstrated ability to use BI or analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
• Proven track record of translating user research insights into product requirements.
• Must be able to live and work full-time in one of the listed US states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in insurance, insurtech, or claims operations.
• Background in design thinhirify.globalg, innovation methodology, or formal user research.
• Experience with data tools such as Looker, Databricks, and Fullstory.
