Product Solutions Manager FCC (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule with work based at the Toronto office at 483 Bay Street until approximately late 2026, then at the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements are available. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus: CAD 117,000–140,000.

Fidelity Clearing Canada is an independent clearing broker and custodian providing trade execution, clearing, custody, and back-office support to Canadian brokerage firms and the Canadian brokerage arms of U.S.-based firms.

What you will do

• Manage the product backlog for assigned client-facing products in development.
• Translate validated discovery insights into prioritized backlog items and support efficient delivery.
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned FCC product solutions.
• Represent product solutions on client-facing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Support user education, ongoing engagement, feature implementation, and implementation documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing on the creation and delivery of product materials.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, ideally in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and with external vendors.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, explain variances, and recommend resolutions.
• Current Canadian work authorization is required.
