Product Solutions Manager (Fintech)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required. Role is based in Toronto until late 2026, then moving to Mississauga.

Salary: $117,000 – $140,000 (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for digital products in development.
• Translate validated insights into prioritized backlog items to enable efficient delivery.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for client-facing product solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Partner with Implementation and Marketing managers to deliver new features and marketing materials.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered with a strong focus on client outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, ideally in financial services.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies in information.
• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification.
