What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core workstream within the Horizon platform.
• Translate insights from institutional and student stakeholders into prioritized product requirements.
• Lead discovery efforts, including client interviews and feedback loops, to validate problems and solutions.
• Define and implement strategic applications of AI within the payment experience.
• Partner with engineering to break down complex modernization initiatives into incremental releases.
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure adherence to PCI Level 1 and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of product management experience, specifically with complex platform or SaaS products.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled software to market.
• Experience shipping products in agile environments with direct engineering partnership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong data fluency and experience using metrics to drive prioritization.

Nice to have

• Experience in higher education technology, payments, or fintech.
• Familiarity with ERP integrations such as Workday, Banner, or PeopleSoft.
• Demonstrated experience leading substantial replatforming or migration initiatives.
• Advanced degree or relevant product management certifications.
