Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the New York office for a hybrid work schedule.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.

What you will do
- Own and exceed annual ARR quotas through new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating with pre-sales, legal, and professional services teams.
- Develop and execute territory plans for Energy, Healthcare, Telecoms, and Retail sectors.
- Act as a player-coach, providing daily leadership to a US-based sales team.
- Build multi-threaded relationships with C-suite, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce and RevOps tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience selling complex B2B software to enterprise accounts in North America.
- Proven track record of quota completion with deal sizes of $200K–$1M+ ARR.
- Experience in observability, IT infrastructure monitoring, AIOps, or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC methodology and rigorous pipeline management.
- Ability to engage effectively with CIO, CTO, and COO stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated industries like Energy, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
- Familiarity with IT resilience frameworks such as NIS2 or DORA.
- Experience selling through channel partners, GSIs, or Managed Service Providers.
