What you will do

• Manage CRM and orders forecasting tools to support business development activities.
• Collaborate with Finance on quarterly performance reporting and track key metrics like win/loss rates.
• Coordinate team cadences, including staff meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance reviews.
• Develop content for leadership reviews and strategic management documentation.
• Oversee new business processes to ensure timely approvals and manage departmental budgets.
• Coordinate industry association plans and track business development engagements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related experience in project management.
• Advanced project coordination and administrative skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Proficiency in advanced techniques like Gantt charts, CPM, and EVM.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.
