What you will do

• Own the weekly reporting cadence, including business reviews, executive summaries, and anomaly tracking.
• Identify repetitive procurement tasks and proactively automate them using AI and agentic tools.
• Partner with leadership to draft strategy memos, initiative briefs, and project plans with clear milestones.
• Manage Jira project boards and ensure accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to reduce cycle time and waste in the procure-to-pay process.
• Serve as the operational point-of-contact for procurement activities related to New Glenn, LC-36A, and BE-4 engines.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management within complex manufacturing or aerospace/defense.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI and agentic tools for building and deploying automated workflows.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proven track record of leading process improvement projects using lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
• SQL or Python proficiency for data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered workflows (e.g., custom GPT agents, Claude, Copilot).
• Background in tariff/trade compliance or government contract procurement.
