Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 Annually

What you will do

• Establish and lead the regional KM support team and steering committees to align with operational priorities.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to identify and close regional knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and institutionalize critical process and product knowledge.
• Align knowledge capture with future-state systems to ensure scalability, usability, and accessibility.
• Define and monitor KM effectiveness through defined metrics and feedback mechanisms.
• Deploy training and awareness programs to increase adoption of KM systems and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense.
• Over 3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching high-performing teams.
• Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance regarding organizational knowledge and competence.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage organizational or process change.
• Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Experience with Knowledge Management systems and industry practices.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, systems, and standards.
• Experience using Teamcenter.
• Exposure to or experience with AI development and application.
