Proposal Process Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY. Must be able to obtain a US DoD security clearance and access ITAR-controlled information.

Salary: $90,000–$125,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle from intake and kickoff through writing, reviews, production, and submission.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution teams, including Business Development, Engineering, Contracts, and Operations.
• Develop and track proposal response schedules and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate legal, contract, and compliance reviews for contract acceptance.
• Build and curate a proposal content library, including standard templates and boilerplate language.
• Maintain CRM tools for tracking opportunities and bookings forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal process management or program management.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools for opportunity and process tracking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a US DoD security clearance.
• Ability to access US export-controlled information (ITAR).
