What you will do
- Develop and maintain Program Schedules within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to guide project roadmaps.
- Partner with technical leadership to support resource loading and analyze requirements for historic milestones.
- Manage baseline changes to keep programs agile and responsive.
- Orchestrate critical reviews to ensure schedule health, analyze logic, and identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Program Cost Analysts to maintain coordinated cost and schedule plans for budgeting.
- Innovate new methods for building, analyzing, and reporting schedule performance across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, planning, and controls.
- Experience with IMS resource loading using Primavera (P6), Open Plan, MS Project, or similar software.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and technical communication skills.
Nice to have
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Experience in aerospace research & development and manufacturing.
- Knowledge of EVM-required contracts and support for DCMA/DCAA audits.
- Proficiency in Redash, Databricks, Tableau, or Power BI.
- PMP or Certified Project Manager certification.
