What you will do

• Manage project performance and delivery of embedded, safety-critical flight software work packages.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including Software, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Test.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, code, and test.
• Lead software teams focusing on flight controls, battery management systems, or electric engine controls.
• Develop task-based schedules and track progress using Earned Value Tracking and Jira.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure on-time execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Engineering Program Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing software projects across multiple industries using Agile methodologies.
• Proven skills with complex systems, such as control systems, microgrids, or safety-critical industrial processes.
• Deep understanding of software processes supporting complex system product development and new product introduction.
• Must have valid US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
