Salary: $131,000–$169,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and execute integrated field marketing programs to drive pipeline across brokers, accounting firms, and technology partners.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to Channel Sales, Broker, and Technology Alliances teams.
- Plan and manage co-branded field programs including regional events, executive dinners, webinars, and partner enablement sessions.
- Build integrated campaigns across email, digital, and content channels to support partner motions.
- Create partner-facing campaign toolkits, messaging, and enablement resources for scalable execution.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline and manage program budgets, vendor relationships, and MDF.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in field marketing or B2B demand generation.
- Meaningful experience working within a partner or channel ecosystem (brokers, accountants, or strategic alliances).
- Strong foundation in regional pipeline strategy, event-based programs, and sales alignment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive cross-functional programs.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline contribution and campaign ROI.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving strategy environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR tech, payroll, fintech, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with SMB or mid-market customer segments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of ABM and regional field marketing strategies.
