What you will do
- Manage LinkedIn presence, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance reporting.
- Execute demand generation campaigns across email, social media, and webinars.
- Own and optimize the AI BDR program by refining messaging, targeting, and outreach cadences.
- Support inbound and outbound pipeline generation through strategic account research.
- Coordinate prospect meetings and support the RFP process for Enterprise Account Executives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of industry events and sponsorships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales development, or business development.
- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling sales and marketing messages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign and pipeline performance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to industry conferences 3-4 times per year.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working with AI tools and automation platforms.
