What you will do
- Translate product marketing strategies and assets into structured, high-converting outbound engagement plans.
- Design and maintain multi-channel outbound cadences for campaign launches, events, and prospecting.
- Coordinate cross-functionally between Product Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure alignment and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time and implement closed-loop feedback to optimize messaging and audience segmentation.
- Drive the standardization of execution workflows and identify repeatable patterns for scalable automation.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, or Sales/Revenue Operations.
- Strong expertise in writing high-converting cold outreach copy and designing multi-touch prospecting sequences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data to drive optimization.
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with multi-channel outbound strategies and cadence optimization.
