Salary: $122,600 - $173,100 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Achieve monthly revenue goals by qualifying, developing, and closing sales in Accounting and Wealth Management firms.
• Identify and align current client process problems with hirify.global’s specialized solutions.
• Manage the full SMB sales cycle in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
• Deliver professional consultative sales presentations with a clear focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
• Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity data within internal CRM systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience exceeding quotas in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales.
• Deep understanding of the SMB sales process and consultative selling techniques.
• Ability to work in a virtual home office and travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Previous experience selling to CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, banking, or wealth management verticals.
