Salary: $185,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to accelerate member acquisition and retention.
• Lead commercial marketing levers including product positioning, pricing architecture, and promotional strategy.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through partnerships, products, and consumer experiences.
• Partner with Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to solve complex business challenges.
• Monitor performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create scalable marketing frameworks for international master franchisees.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, brand strategy, or commercial management.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth in consumer-facing industries.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work on-site in Woodbury, MN, four days per week.
