Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base (up to $340,000+ OTE)

What you will do
- Define and execute the master brand architecture across all channels and talent voices.
- Build and manage a high-performing affiliate program, targeting category-benchmark scale.
- Develop a long-form YouTube and podcast strategy centered on connected storytelling.
- Design and pilot community programs, including city-ambassador models and events.
- Build and prove a repeatable playbook for hyped product drops to drive massive sales.
- Recruit and lead a department including Brand Voice, Organic, Studio, Affiliate, and Community leads.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven track record of building a consumer brand or creator network to 1M+ engaged followers or 30M+ monthly views.
- Experience owning commerce metrics such as affiliate revenue, TikTok Shop performance, or drop-driven sales.
- Deep expertise in managing multiple talent voices and complex affiliate programs.
- Strong conviction in long-form content strategy and watch-time economics.
- Builder energy with experience hiring and scaling teams from the ground up.
