What you will do

• Define and execute sales processes, operational metrics, and account strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Provide executive oversight for large, complex Enterprise Suite deals, ensuring alignment with technical realities and product roadmaps.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior architects.
• Partner with Marketing and Product departments to strengthen competitive positioning.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster a strong team culture.
• Manage the region as a business with effective budget controls and sales methodology.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of proven sales and leadership experience in enterprise software or technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise sales teams in technically complex environments.
• Experience in mainframe environments and working with GSI partners and hyperscalers.
• Strong track record in team development, coaching, and designing tactical sales initiatives.
• Excellent relationship-building skills at senior levels.
