TL;DR

Director of Sales (SaaS): Leading the high-performance sales organization to drive revenue growth and client acquisition for AI and low-code custom applications with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline velocity. Focus on scaling the sales function, coaching cross-functional teams, and optimizing GTM strategies using modern AI-powered sales tools.

Location: Remote with mandatory travel to the Denver, CO office for in-person meetings and collaboration.

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 base salary + commission (OTE $250,000+).

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the company’s sales strategy, goals, and GTM execution.
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional sales team, ensuring quota achievement and professional development.
  • Maintain strong oversight of sales pipeline activities across lead generation, qualification, and closing.
  • Partner with marketing, solution architects, and technical teams to ensure alignment from lead through implementation.
  • Leverage advanced sales platforms like Orum, Apollo, and HubSpot to enhance outreach and performance.
  • Forecast revenue, identify risks, and propose action plans to meet quarterly targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in professional services or SaaS/low-code tech environments.
  • 4+ years in a sales leadership role managing SDRs, AEs, or solution consultants.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals $100k+ in value with enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms such as Mendix and QuickBase.
  • Experience with AI-powered sales engagement tools like Orum.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or comparable experience strongly preferred.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience selling digital transformation or IT consulting services.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and professional services project lifecycles.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms.
