Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote Opportunity)
Compensation: $300,000–$420,000 OTE

What you will do
- Drive strategic new logo acquisition within the enterprise segment across the East region.
- Manage and mentor a team of Strategic Account Executives to drive high performance.
- Execute account-based strategies to penetrate target accounts and generate sustainable pipeline.
- Lead complex sales cycles and navigate large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, and Solutions Architects to execute go-to-market motions.
- Represent the company in the market as a trusted advisor through field activities and executive engagement.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise tech or developer tools sales experience, specifically in new logo acquisition.
- Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel for field activities and events.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex six- to seven-figure deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software buying cycles and technical evaluation processes.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts around distributed systems and cloud-native environments.
- Proficiency with modern sales technologies including Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator.
