Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Washington, DC. Role requires 50% travel within the greater DMV area.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop and nurture referral relationships with physicians, criminal justice partners, and community organizations.
• Track and analyze referral data to identify trends and optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate with regional operations leaders to ensure alignment between sales and clinical service delivery.
• Present key service lines and value propositions to prospective referral sources.
• Prepare and execute quarterly strategic plans for high-impact accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing or Business preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to build and develop territory strategies from scratch.
• Must be able to travel 50% of the time within the greater DMV area.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements including HIPAA and STARK laws.

• Experience calling on complex health systems.
• Background in Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorder treatment.
• Experience interfacing with criminal justice systems.
• Proficiency with CRM software.
