Salary: $130,000–$165,000

What you will do
- Manage the West Coast sales territory, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior executives and lead RFPs for statewide contracts and regional health plans.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align go-to-market strategies.
- Meet or exceed predetermined quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Mentor Sales Executives and other team members.
Requirements
- 6+ years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience.
- Must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon.
- Deep knowledge of California's Medicaid landscape and the CalAIM initiative.
- Proven success selling to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), state agencies, or large health systems.
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts across multiple stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Experience selling SaaS solutions.
- Specific expertise within the Healthcare or Government markets.
