Salary: $206,300 - $309,400 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee revenue across Commercial, CSC, and Health & Life Sciences segments.
  • Identify market opportunities and create plans to capture additional market share.
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to emerging sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales performance and eliminate silos.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years leading high-performing sales teams within the healthcare industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical decision support (CDS) products and market differentiators.
  • Experience with B2B recurring revenue models.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA is a plus).
