What you will do

• Ensure efficient planning and use of engineering resources.
• Monitor and facilitate timely delivery of project deliverables.
• Manage client, supplier, and subcontractor expectations and coordination.
• Develop, interpret, and maintain effort hour metrics and project capital cost estimates.
• Ensure timely project kick-off, reviews, and close-out meetings.
• Support and execute conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Management required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in construction or heavy industrial sectors.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 26 pounds and ascend industrial structures unaided.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
