Engineering Project Manager

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate engineering resources, including weekly resource planning.
• Monitor project schedules and facilitate timely delivery of engineering deliverables.
• Manage project scope, client expectations, suppliers, subcontractors, and project communications.
• Develop, interpret, and maintain effort-hour metrics, cost forecasts, engineering estimates, and capital cost estimates.
• Prepare proposals and support conceptual, preliminary, and detailed engineering work.
• Coordinate project kick-offs, reviews, close-outs, reporting, and quality calibration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and/or Management.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in construction or heavy industrial environments.
• Excellent communication skills; highly organized, detail-oriented, and positive approach.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid driver’s license; minimal travel is required.
• Ability to lift 26 pounds and climb industrial structures without assistance.
