Salary: $121,840 - $179,200 USD

What you will do
- Partner with the VP of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to execute all strategic growth initiatives.
- Perform key strategic and financial analyses for pricing, new product launches, and cost structure optimization.
- Develop a vision for efficient scaling, profitability, and overall business financial performance.
- Support financially sound decision-making regarding new vendors and product development.
- Identify and manage various ad hoc strategic projects as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, or Strategic Finance within a startup environment.
- Expertise in Excel, building financial models from scratch, and a basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Ability to present complex financial issues via dashboards and presentations in a digestible manner.
- Familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
- Must maintain work authorization for the USA without employer sponsorship.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

- Industry experience in SaaS or digital healthcare.
- Direct experience with pricing and packaging strategies.
