What you will do

• Own the end-to-end monthly budget-vs-actuals (BvA) process and partner with owners on variances and key metrics.
• Support pre-IPO readiness by ensuring corporate reporting rigor meets public-company standards.
• Consolidate Board deck materials and maintain a consistent financial narrative for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve consolidated rolling forecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic resource allocation and financial decisions.
• Partner with finance systems teams to enhance FP&A tooling (Abacum) and apply AI and automation to recurring work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or MBA is a plus).
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity, ideally in high-growth SaaS.
• Deep understanding of GAAP/non-GAAP metrics and SaaS KPIs (ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
• Proven experience building consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Must be based in the United States.
