TL;DR

Senior Strategic Finance Manager (SaaS): Building and owning forecasting, reporting, and analytical infrastructure for the self-serve and new products business with an accent on revenue modeling, unit economics, and funnel optimization. Focus on translating complex financial analysis into strategic recommendations and partnering cross-functionally to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the Americas (NAMER/LATAM)

Salary: $174,200 – $261,200

What you will do

  • Serve as the dedicated finance partner for the self-serve business unit, collaborating with C-level leadership.
  • Design and implement forecasting, reporting, and analytical infrastructure for new and self-serve products.
  • Analyze the full user funnel—from acquisition to retention—to identify growth opportunities and value leakage.
  • Define and track self-serve unit economics, pricing, packaging, and churn reduction levers.
  • Utilize SQL to manipulate data and generate actionable insights independently.
  • Provide a financial lens to product investment decisions and business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong background in a product-led or self-serve SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL is a strict requirement for this role.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics: churn, expansion, net new revenue, and funnel conversion.
  • Ability to drive alignment and ownership across distributed cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
