What you will do

• Guide day-to-day activities of project workstreams and manage teams of analysts and consultants.
• Perform market sizing, business model development, and quantitative analyses.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including survey design and expert interviews.
• Develop original frameworks and strategies such as customer segmentation and go-to-market plans.
• Lead deck development and present key findings and recommendations to clients.
• Support internal firm-building initiatives including recruiting and mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (H1-B/TN sponsorship not provided).
• MBA or equivalent professional work experience.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute research and analysis tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business problems.
• Experience leading and delegating work to junior staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
