Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Support client engagement through research, stakeholder interviews, and workshop preparation.
• Identify operational challenges and digital transformation opportunities for clients.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate tools and platforms.
• Develop innovation concepts, prototypes, and proof-of-concept solutions.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and research to prepare business cases and reports.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or business analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, data platforms, and automation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data tools.
• Familiarity with Miro, Figma, or PowerApps for prototyping.
• Knowledge of Agile or design thinking methodologies.
