Location: Remote within Romania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, and Bulgaria (Sofia)

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
  • Identify and engage passive candidates across LinkedIn and niche communities
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent maps for current and future hiring needs
  • Write personalized outreach messages to attract hard-to-reach candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess fit before recruiter handover
  • Maintain ATS data and track sourcing activity and pipeline health
  • Continuously improve sourcing channels, messaging, and Boolean search techniques
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements in hiring regions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing, recruiting, or related talent acquisition role; junior candidates with strong potential encouraged
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
  • Strong written communication skills for effective outreach
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
  • Fluent English required
