What you will do

• Drive recruitment processes for diverse roles including Engineering, Sales, and HR.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to meet local hiring requirements.
• Collaborate with internal sourcing teams to manage candidate generation and pipelines.
• Act as the local point of contact for the client to ensure smooth process execution.
• Lead recruitment strategies and manage stakeholder expectations consultatively.
• Identify improvement areas and suggest changes for process optimization.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Sales, Engineering, Technology, or Corporate recruitment.
• Experience in RPO/MSP or 360-degree recruitment environments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
• Customer service and delivery-focused mindset.
