Rakuten Viber is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its global recruitment team. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions, partnering with hiring managers across Europe and Asia while helping shape the company’s global talent acquisition strategy.

What you’ll be doing:
— Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offers
— Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and recruitment strategies
— Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
— Develop innovative sourcing approaches to attract top talent
— Use ATS data and recruitment insights to improve hiring decisions
— Train and advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices
— Coordinate interviews and support strategic hiring across global teams

What they’re looking for:
— 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the tech industry
— Experience recruiting for global roles, ideally across Europe and Asia
— Strong behavioral interviewing skills
— Proven expertise in building talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
— Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
— Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
— Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
— Full professional proficiency in English
