What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-priority operational initiatives.
• Lead strategy discussions with executive sponsors to ensure operational scalability.
• Translate conceptual ideas into structured operational solutions and workflows.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate trade-offs and support decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups across Clinical, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Diagnose operational inefficiencies and recommend targeted process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health policy, or related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
• Experience in healthcare or high-growth startups strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from design through delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building business cases and operational metrics frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
