What you will do

• Manage Training Coordinators with day-to-day people leadership, performance management, onboarding, and escalation for training operations issues.
• Own day-to-day execution of the Enrollment training program, coordinating calendars, facilitators, materials, and learner readiness across concurrent workstreams.
• Lead onboarding training for new Enrollment Specialists, including two weeks of intensive classroom instruction, role-playing, systems training, and hands-on practice.
• Reinforce learning through ongoing coaching and feedback by partnering with frontline leaders, Quality, and Training Coordinators; monitor progress and identify support needs.
• Analyze training outcomes, learner feedback, quality findings, and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain training data, reporting, and documentation (attendance, competency tracking, dashboards/trackers) and coordinate continuing education and change-management learning plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of education and enablement experience, including at least 2 years of direct management of a training team.
• Education & enablement experience in call center and/or healthcare settings; ability to build capability at scale while maintaining a high-quality learner experience.
• People management or team lead experience: comfortable providing feedback, managing performance, prioritizing work, and supporting professional development.
• Experience delivering or overseeing onboarding programs that prepare new employees for frontline roles.
• Strong training operations and program management skills: highly organized and able to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort using data to improve learning outcomes, plus excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare navigation, care management, patient engagement, enrollment, customer success, or contact center environments.
• Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, learning management systems, or training effectiveness measurement.
