What you will do

• Manage and respond to client emails via Outlook professionally.
• Prepare and issue invoices using QuickBooks.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and follow-ups with the architectural team.
• Organize and maintain digital files, including CAD drawings and project documentation.
• Monitor and update project timelines using Monday.com.
• Handle general administrative and office-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in architecture, construction, or design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, QuickBooks, and Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Stable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK Time.
