Regional Coordinator

TL;DR

Regional Coordinator: Providing administrative support for a designated region by managing project scheduling, logistics, and documentation with an accent on maintaining accurate records in ERP systems and ensuring client compliance. Focus on coordinating communication between experts and clients, managing project lifecycles, and delivering high-quality administrative outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or near Flower Mound, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office, with the first 90 days required to be 100% in-office.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support workload distribution and monitor project assignments for 3-6 billable experts.
• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and travel arrangements for inspections and meetings.
• Guide reports, estimates, and deliverables through the review and signature process.
• Maintain accurate project records in internal ERP and external client-specific systems.
• Handle project invoicing and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues to the Regional Team Lead when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work effectively in a typical office environment.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to work in the Flower Mound, TX office as required.
