Location: Remote (Working hours: 9AM to 6PM Sydney time)

What you will do
- Conduct data entry and maintain meticulous records.
- Create detailed reports and professional presentation templates using Google Slides.
- Update and maintain databases for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Process refunds and prepare gift cards or electronic vouchers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an admin assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable main and backup devices with two compatible computer monitors.
- Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM Sydney time.

- Experience with Zendesk.
