What you will do
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and operational data across multiple systems.
- Process invoices, track outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounting.
- Monitor schedules and operational workflows to identify conflicts or delays.
- Manage inbound client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and conduct vendor or operational research.
- Support executive communication and maintain organized digital documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in El Salvador.
- Must be available to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
- Proven experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or billing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ability to maintain high operational accuracy and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Aspire or Azuga software.
- Background in construction, landscaping, or field service industries.
- Experience with payroll coordination, job costing, or accounts receivable.
