What you will do

  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM records and operational data across multiple systems.
  • Process invoices, track outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounting.
  • Monitor schedules and operational workflows to identify conflicts or delays.
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and conduct vendor or operational research.
  • Support executive communication and maintain organized digital documentation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in El Salvador.
  • Must be available to work U.S. Business Hours (EST).
  • Proven experience in operations coordination, administrative support, or billing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to maintain high operational accuracy and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Aspire or Azuga software.
  • Background in construction, landscaping, or field service industries.
  • Experience with payroll coordination, job costing, or accounts receivable.
