hirify.global is a candidate sourcing firm hiring on behalf of a client in the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sector.

What you will do

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and operational coordination workflows to protect leadership bandwidth.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance-sensitive workflows.
  • Track client onboarding progress, internal operational updates, and process changes.
  • Perform quality control by validating records, dates, and operational details to prevent errors.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and searchable records across Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations support roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with high professionalism.

Nice to have

  • Experience in compliance-heavy industries or ITAD environments.
  • Experience supporting founders or leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with audit preparation and onboarding coordination systems.
