What you will do
- Maintain daily operational workflows and support leadership with execution-heavy tasks.
- Manage clean and accurate CRM records and operational data across Excel, OneDrive, and CompanyCam.
- Process invoices accurately, track outstanding balances, and coordinate with accounting for reconciliations.
- Monitor crew schedules and job tracking using Aspire and Azuga to resolve conflicts and time discrepancies.
- Manage inbound client inquiries and maintain updated CRM pipelines to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and RFP responses while conducting vendor and pricing research.
Requirements
- Experience in operations coordination, administrative support, billing, or scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Must be based in Honduras and able to work EST business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Aspire or Azuga.
- Background in construction, landscaping, or field service businesses.
- Experience with payroll coordination and accounts receivable follow-ups.
