What you will do

• Oversee associates across warehouse functions and distribution-center processes.
• Assist with shift planning, task assignments, workflow coordination, and labor planning.
• Promote health, safety, quality, and LEAN initiatives across the workplace.
• Set team performance goals, analyze daily performance data, and implement corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members, including supporting succession planning.
• Coordinate with warehouse group leads to achieve labor, on-time-delivery, and variable-cost targets.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, mentoring, conflict-resolution, and priority-management skills.
• Ability to promote safety and quality and interpret performance data.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficient English reading, writing, and verbal communication.
• Ability to operate machinery and equipment within the assigned area.
• Ability to take responsibility, motivate others, and influence positive performance.
