What you will do

• Ensure production and delivery of conforming products to meet customer satisfaction.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage PPAP status and documentation for assigned commodities.
• Facilitate continuous improvement activities and monitor process characteristics.
• Provide technical guidance to the quality team and coordinate cross-functional responses to customer requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Duncan, SC.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a complex manufacturing facility.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with interiors.
• Strong technical knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to work off-shift and weekends as required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on an infrequent basis.
