What you will do

• Lead the System V&V functional engineering team within the Global Software Organization to ensure high-quality work products.
• Ensure all validation deliverables align with ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF-16949, and ISO-SAE-21434 compliance.
• Develop system V&V functional validation plans, decompose them into sprint planning, and execute coverage for program milestones.
• Collaborate with Process, Automation, and HIL Commission teams to align timing and hardware bench requirements.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability from test cases to system and software requirements.
• Support the development of V&V methodologies and software automation tools based on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience with embedded SW Validation.
• Experience with automotive tools: VectorCast, Vector Canape, CANalyzer/CANoe, CANdella Studio, Typhoon, dSPACE, Automation Desk, Polarion, and Jira.
• Knowledge of embedded C/C++ software and Model-Based Embedded Software Design.
• Strong understanding of SW testing methodologies (black box, grey box, interface testing) and AUTOSAR.
• Must be based in Maumee, OH, US.
