What you will do

• Apply quality principles across design, production, and sustainment for world-class missile systems.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Lead product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective-preventive actions.
• Design and analyze inspection and testing processes using statistical analysis of non-conforming material.
• Develop statistical dashboards and automate manual data-analysis tasks to increase efficiency.
• Produce program-level quality status reports for leadership.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• STEM degree at the Bachelor level or above (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Experience implementing mistake-proofing process controls.
• Proven ability to design and analyze inspection and testing processes and mechanisms.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with management and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Experience with Tableau and developing statistical process control run charts.
• Expertise in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with manufacturing processes and electronic assemblies (e.g., soldering, optics, cable fabrication).
• Experience working with DCMA customers.
