What you will do

• Own services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics for practice management growth without sacrificing accuracy or trust.
• Work closely with accounting and firm operations domain experts to translate domain depth into reliable systems.
• Build and extend APIs used by hirify.global, firms, and partners to make integrations seamless.
• Take projects end to end from spec to ship to scale, including areas outside your comfort zone.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full ownership of projects.
• Hands-on technical depth in correctness-critical domains with non-negotiable edge-case handling and accuracy.
• Experience in project management and/or fintech software (preferred as the domain context).
• Proven ability to bridge engineering and a non-engineering domain by building shared language and artifacts.
• AI-native fluency in how you work and ship with AI tooling.
• Comfort across the stack (backend, frontend, or infrastructure) to address the problem requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience building or contributing to billing, ledger, workflow, RBAC, authentication, or comparable correctness-critical systems.
