What you will do
- Own services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics for practice management growth without sacrificing accuracy or trust.
- Work closely with accounting and firm operations domain experts to translate domain depth into reliable systems.
- Build and extend APIs used by , firms, and partners to make integrations seamless.
- Take projects end to end from spec to ship to scale, including areas outside your comfort zone.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full ownership of projects.
- Hands-on technical depth in correctness-critical domains with non-negotiable edge-case handling and accuracy.
- Experience in project management and/or fintech software (preferred as the domain context).
- Proven ability to bridge engineering and a non-engineering domain by building shared language and artifacts.
- AI-native fluency in how you work and ship with AI tooling.
- Comfort across the stack (backend, frontend, or infrastructure) to address the problem requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience building or contributing to billing, ledger, workflow, RBAC, authentication, or comparable correctness-critical systems.
