What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Understand unique customer objectives and challenges to align software solutions effectively.
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and the partner network to ensure exceptional client support.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to provide insights for product enhancements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Proven experience in full-cycle software sales or a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrable background in account management within an enterprise setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset focused on revenue growth and customer retention.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Content Management, Customer Experience, Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
- Experience presenting onsite to executive stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
